tokyo ghoul (14 volumes normal size)

In Tokyo, ghouls roam the streets, cannibalistic monsters who blend in with humans to feed on them. Shy student Ken Kaneki is more interested in the pretty girl who shares his love of reading than in these gruesome affairs, until the day he is attacked by one of these infamous creatures. Mortally wounded, he survives thanks to an organ transplant from his attacker… Recovering from his operation, he gradually realizes that he is no longer able to eat as before and begins to feel a disturbing hunger for his fellow humans. This is the beginning of a descent into hell for Kaneki, who has become, against his will, a hybrid of human and ghoul.
