1. Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery
You're welcome to inspect your order with the courier before accepting it. If you decide not to accept the order, you can return it with the courier and simply pay the shipping fees.
2. After Payment & Courier Departure
Once you've paid for your order and the courier has left, returns and refunds are no longer accepted. However, exchanges are still possible under the conditions below.
3. Exchange Options
If the courier has already left, you can exchange your order in either of the following ways:
- With Your Next Order: We can arrange the exchange with your next purchase.
- Immediate Exchange: We can arrange an immediate exchange, subject to availability, with an additional shipping fee.
